她，慶幸著沒有懷孕
她，覺得這是長大了的儀式

這是一個關於月經的展覽，將以開放的角度檢視經血來潮的大小事，有本地藝術家對月經迷思提出各自的見解，亦有關注月事的她們帶來一個個月光寶盒。

“The Twenty-Eighth Day” is the exhibition at 480.0 Gender & Art Space, exploring different perspectives on the ups and downs of the menstruation cycle. 480.0 has teamed up with local female artists and exhibitors concerning period issues to showcase their work exploring their experience and shed light on the social stigmas of the menstruation cycle.

迎接5.28世界月事日（國際月經衛生日），除了「第廿八天」實體展覽，大家亦可以網上參與，寫出一句你對月經的新發現—「原來月經是_」。一人一句坦然分享月事相關的種種新發現，打破月事禁忌。最獲得大家共鳴的十位可以獲得精美禮品套裝。快啲留言喇！

Menstruation is actually _
To celebrate the Menstrual Hygiene Day on the 28th May, we are not only holding an exhibition "The Twenty-Eighth Day" at 480.0 Gender & Art Space, but also doing an online campaign for everyone to share a new fact or idea you found out about menstruation - "Menstruation is actually __".  Everyone can share a new thought about menstruation, break its taboo and stigma. Participants for the 10 most popular ideas will receive a gift set. Let's join us!
How to participate: comment your idea "Menstruation is actually __" on our social media platform (Facebook / IG) , the 10 comments receiving the most reactions will be rewarded with a gift set 🎁 sponsored by happeriod.
Campaign period: 28/5/2020 (Thursday) - 6/6/2020 (Saturday) 23:59.

＜手縫悅事工作坊＞

性暴力是見不得光的事情，因為談性是一種禁忌，然後月事又是不能說的秘密。哎呀！但是女生一輩子會經歷400多次「那個」來，真的可以400多次都不與我們的身體對話嗎？
想認識月事多一點、對地球好一點？快來480.0性別x藝術空間參加由Happeriod主辦的工作坊，造一片布衛生巾，一起縫月事、談性別事！

＜迷你放映會：Period End of Sentence ＞
一同欣賞奧斯卡得獎紀錄短片，欣賞展覽，分享世界各地的月事教育資源，討論談談月經教育和身體自主／性暴力的關係。誠意邀請青年教育工作者們一同進行討論推行性教育的心得，以及如何促進性別平權，消除性暴力的看法！

導師簡介：Zoe，Happeriod創辦人。過去曾在不同進步的婦女團體實習和工作（如HER Fund、Anti480），現在也於新婦女協進會擔任性與人權召集人。2017年開始，全身投入月事教育的事業中，從月經推動性別平等。Zoe相信我們能開放愉快地討論身體和月事、從每月之事打破社會對女性的身體和身份的規限，才能掌控自己的生活和生命；期望大家能透過小刺蝟Happeriod，認識不同類型的月事用品，如棉條、月經杯、月事海棉等，並有機會體驗為自己或密友手縫布衛生巾，為自己的period MAKE A DIFFERECE，讓大家有更愉快的月事體驗，將月事變悅事！
