網絡作為一個共同體，任何人都可在網絡窺視他人的生活，亦能輕易地對他人造成傷害，「懲罰」他人。展覽《雲端懲人》讓人代入「懲人」的角色，反思自己過往在網絡上留下的每一個讚好、評論、分享。當虛擬和現實逐漸重疊，傷害蔓延到他人的真實生活，那些對他人的性別、容貌、身材、職業的肆意批評和指點，又會如何懲罰受害者？若有一天，我們皆能成為網絡「情人」，可否讓網絡世界變得更美好？
The internet as an online community has not only made the surveillance of lives easy, it has also put the reins of “hate” effortlessly at the helm of everyone. The exhibition Cyber Lover/Hater puts you in the lens of the “hater”, to retrace your steps and reflect on every single like, comment and share you have ever left on the internet. As virtual space and reality gradually intertwines, the damage also seeps into the real lives of people. How have your criticisms and mindless comments about people’s gender, appearance, bodies and occupation tormented any victims? If the day comes that we should become “lovers” of the internet, could you do better?

趙朗天 Alain Chiu @alainsc
作曲家兼聲音藝術家，作品遊走於當代音樂、聲音藝術和多媒體藝術的交匯處。創作範疇從傳統音樂、聲音裝置、實驗性音樂劇場到虛擬現實等，跨越不同領域。趙朗天曾獲西九文化區、香港創樂團、香港小交響樂團、香港藝術節、香港蘇富比等委約創作。作品曾於香港藝術節、自由野、跳格意大利巡展、康城電影節和古根漢美術館瑞銀「越域」當代藝術展等演出。趙氏創立實驗藝術團體Trilateral Lab，致力挑戰表演藝術的現有形式和結構，旨在整合新技術，激發和培養新思想。
Composer and sound artist Alain Chiu's body-of-works sits firmly at the juncture of contemporary music, sound art, and multimedia art. Alain Chiu has received commissions from Arts Promotion Office, the West Kowloon Cultural District, Hong Kong New Music Ensemble, Hong Kong Sinfonietta, Hong Kong Arts Festival, Sotheby's Hong Kong, among others. Chiu is the founder of the Trilateral Lab, an experimental performance collective. The Lab is dedicated to challenging the existing form and structure of performing arts. Its inaugural performance, Never Seen, was premiered at the Adelaide Fringe Festival with rave reviews. Chiu received his Bachelor of Music degree in composition at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music with the Samuel Clarke Scholarship, where he studies composition with Conrad Susa, and David Garner. He attended the European American Musical Alliance in Paris with scholarship, and is the recipient of the Schulich Scholarship. Chiu's latest creations include: sound installation for objects, Bagatelle no. 1 (2022), multimedia exhibition and performances a n t i p l a y g r o u n d (2021). Multimedia exhibition in a mobile app, Dream Sequence (2020-21); auditory performance Truth Within Earshot? (2021). He is the author of Sound Brood: an interdisciplinary Approach in Sound and Music.
鮑藹倫 Ellen Pau @p0p0p0pe
鮑藹倫 於 80 年代開始製作錄像並在醫院全職工作。她是一位自學成才的藝術家、策展人。藝術家團體錄映太奇 Videotage和年度活動微波新媒體藝術節的聯合創始人。 她的作品圍繞身份、現實和中介的主題探索移動圖像的社會和個人語境之間的空間。曾在威尼斯雙年展、光州雙年展、亞太藝術三年展、M+等國際展出。
Ellen Pau started making videos in the 80's and worked full time in the hospital. She is a self-taught artist, curator, co- founders for the artist collectives, 'Videotage' and annual event 'Microwave New Media Art Festival'. Her works explore the space between social and personal context of moving images around the themes of identity, reality, and mediation. She is shown internationally such as the Venice Biennale, Gwangju Biennale, Asia Pacific Art Triennial, M+, etc
曾覓 Quist Tsang @quistography
曾覓，香港年青視覺藝術家，主要創作媒界為攝影、電影、錄像藝術及平面設計。曾在《號外》現代傳播擔任攝影師，並活躍於出版、時裝、舞蹈和廣告等及多個與藝術設計相關的領域。2011年曾覓以劇照師及海報設計師身份投身電影圈，參與的電影有《非凡任務》、《風林火山》、《花椒之味》、《狂舞派3》、《媽媽的神奇小子》及《怒火》等。2021年創作的《怒火－Burning Man》概念藝術動畫更獲英皇首發為電影NFT。
Quist Tsang, a visual artist from Hong Kong, she mainly works in photography, film, video art, and graphic design. She is a versatile creator who navigates in both art and commerce. Starting as a prodigy photographer and artistic director at the age of 17, Tsang worked for publications like "City Magazine" and was active in various fields related to art and design, including fashion, dance, and advertising. In 2011, she made a breakthrough in the film industry, working as a stills photographer and poster designer for movies such as Extraordinary Mission, Sons of The Neon Night, Fagara, Raging Fire, Zero to Hero etc. In 2021, her conceptual art animation "Burning Man" was released as an NFT by Emperor Motion Pictures.
傅至雅 Jessica Fu @jessicafu.info
傅至雅透過特定空間裝置作品去思考關於無形物質所呈現的隱喻與真實之間的關係。近年於世界各地參與藝術家駐村、研究和展出，包括油街實現 (2022)、Centre for Contemporary Creation of Andalucia(C3A), Spain (2021) 及Nakanojo Biennale, Japan (2017)。同時，於政府和藝術文化機構獲贈駐村補助金，包括香港民政事務局、香港畫廊協會和加拿大文化協會等。傅至雅畢業於美國芝加哥藝術學院(School of the Art Institute of Chicago) 獲頒藝術創作碩士。
Jessica Fu experiments with formless material and its metaphors to ask the philosophical question “What is reality” through site-specific works. Jessica has exhibited, researched and participated in various artist-in-residences internationally, including Oi!, Hong Kong (2022); Centre for Contemporary Creation of Andalucia (C3A), Spain (2021) and Nakanojo Biennale, Japan (2017). She has been awarded various grants from various organisations, including the Canada Council for the Art, the Hong Kong Art Gallery Association, and the Home Affairs Bureau. She received her MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
陳朗丰 Lazarus Chan @chan_long_fung_lazarus
陳朗丰，新媒體藝術家，現居於香港。作品探索不同藝術經驗，題材圍繞生死、空間、意識及時間。陳氏擅長多種媒介，例如聲音景觀、電子裝置、程式編碼、數據視覺化和生成藝術。先後獲香港浸會大學視覺藝術院視覺藝術碩士、香港城市大學創意媒體學院文理學士及香港藝術學院高級文憑。由2021年起,陳朗丰受到多間媒體報導及採訪，包括香港電台、瑪利嘉兒香港及星島日報等。他亦受多個文化藝術機構邀請作為講者、委托創作及舉辦展覽，當中包括香港文藝評論雜誌Sample樣本、大館當代美術館、香港藝術發展局、香港貿易發展局 、香港藝術中心、香港藝術館及香港藝術節。
Lazarus Chan is a new media artist currently based in Hong Kong. His work explores different artistic experiences, with subjects revolving around life and death, space, consciousness and time. Chan specialises in multifaceted mediums, such as soundscapes, electronics installations, algorithmic art, data visualisation and generative art. He received his Master of Arts (MA) in Visual Arts from the Hong Kong Baptist University, his Bachelor of Arts and Science in New Media from the City University of Hong Kong and his Higher Diploma from the Hong Kong Art School. From 2021, Lazarus was reported and interviewed by various media, including RTHK, Marie Claire Hong Kong Edition and Sing Tao Daily etc. He also received invitations from several art institutions for art sharings, commissions and exhibitions, including Hong Kong Arts and Literary Criticism Magazine SAMPLE, Tai Kwun - Centre for Heritage and Arts, Hong Kong Art Development Council, Hong Kong Trade Development Council -DesignInspire, Hong Kong Art Center, Hong Kong Art Museum and Hong Kong Art Festival.
曲淵澈 Vvzela Kook @vvzela
新媒體藝術家曲淵澈，主要以聲音視覺作為創作媒介，包括聲音視覺現場演出、劇場、電腦動畫與繪畫。她的視覺作品結合了技術與她的藝術實踐，以再現和轉換城市景觀為一個集成的虛擬體驗，引導觀眾在符控流域旅行。作品當中的多重的紋理與我們感知的多個感官相連，重新介紹視頻作為一種媒介的潛力。她的作品注重敘事性,跨媒介的敘事手法是藝術家表達觀念的重要方式。尤其是混合出現的圖紙、3D打印物件與計算機遊戲美學的視頻作品，顯示了藝術家運用的多種媒介與材料來視覺化她的研究型作品。
Vvzela Kook is a new media artist who mainly works in audiovisual mediums, including performance, theatre, computer graphics, and drawing. Kook’s video works combine technology with her artistic practice to reproduce and convert urban cityscapes into an integrated virtual experience, guiding the audience on a cybernetic journey. The condensed textures in her works connect with sensual levels in our perception and reintroduce the unexplored potential of video as a medium. The narrative plays a vital role in her work, the transmedia storytelling is part of the artistic concept. Especially the mixing of delicate drawings, 3D printing, and video game optics in her videos show the wide range of media and materials the artist uses to translate her research-based projects visually.

創作台：網絡寫生
藝術家曲淵澈與參加者一起把平時在現實世界中進行的寫生移師到網絡空間。曲淵澈從2015年開始，就通過寫生與繪畫觀察世界，成為藝術家尋找靈感和記錄研究過程最重要的方式。 在本次工作坊中，藝術家將會介紹這一工作方式，參與者將與藝術家一起觀察網絡運作，學習社交媒體演算法的基本原理，並將觀察結果發展為研究型繪畫。

創作台：聲音收集與轉化
藝術家趙朗天與參加者共同收集網絡上的言論，在社區進行街訪，並以聲音轉化成各自的作品。在當代藝術中，將存檔作為藝術是常用的創作手法。創作者不斷思考如何將觸不到的比如是聲音，影像甚至網上所見所聞等等轉化為藝術品並記錄下當中的過程，從而將創作的意念更立體地呈現給觀眾。本工作坊在於引導學員如何一步步將日常生活中的點滴收集，轉化、和展示。藉此向觀眾提供另一角度看待身邊人和事。

體驗台：劇本殺 – 校園連環洩密事件
「叮！」學校宿舍的聊天群組彈出一條「網黃男神流出」的同性性愛影片，眾人發現片中人就是宿舍的男神，引發全校轟動，連登網民更迅速將片中人起底。受害人在內的六名學生試圖查出影片流出者是誰，流出者的意圖又是什麼？起底者是否熟人所為？真兇是否只有一位？誰在說謊？在追查真相的過程，他們發現謎團背後深藏一個又一個的謊言和背叛，每個人都有不為人知的秘密，每一個抉擇都牽引至不同結局。「你以為自己是無辜的嗎？」

體驗台：網絡審死官
根據非正式統計，朋友傷心時，我們會說：「唔好唔開心啦。」朋友生氣時，我們又會說：「你冷靜啲先。」結果就是……更傷心，更生氣……而我們對性暴力倖存者更是充滿批判、質疑、大事化小的態度等等，可能會令倖存者不願求助，甚至後悔求助。透過體驗式活動了解性暴力倖存者求助時的心路歷程，學習更好的回應方式，陪他們尋找出路。你願意成為一個supportive的網友嗎？

創作台：數碼影像與代碼轉換
藝術家傅至雅與參加者共同探討如何利用數碼技術來重構回憶、情感及其影像作為載體的可能性。透過代碼轉換的技術來創作新的影像，並賞試在過程中體會療癒的過程。參加者將透過理解數碼影像的結構、藝術史以及特質，試以實驗來重新展現特定的照片。這個工作坊會介紹參考Ta-DA下架支援和影像代碼轉換(Hash)的技術，並於工作坊一起討論當下數碼文化的現況，讓參加者透過創作來探討網絡基本人權的自由。
